I have seen also six box arts, but only two kits in the shop (each with three box arts)?

WHAT. I get that the 3D printed small parts look amazing and there's a war and there's import fees, but my god.

Re: *Resin* A list of Upcoming Ship Kit Releases
HLJ is actually cheaper at $425. Still, you have to really want it. Reminds me of the Hasegawa 1/350 resin Akitsushima, pricing-wise.
I was hoping to see one in styrene, maybe from FineMolds. Seems like it would be in their wheelhouse. But, this is all my speculation.

Re: *Resin* A list of Upcoming Ship Kit Releases
I wonder whats the sunk cost of designing a kit... 10000 dollars? 100000 dollars? From scratch, if you have nothing, so you need to buy all the equiment etc.Timmy C wrote:"Sales Price: 72,700yen about 525.1USD"Dan K wrote:New 1/350 Mutsuki class DD in resin by AB&K Hobby Kits out of the Ukraine. 500 dollar is a joke of a price. Shipping issues are resolved, the war is between two countries and has been thus far contained (but of course can change, but this is not reflected in pricing of anything else, so why should it be on kits). So this is BS price.

Guys, the price of the AB&K kit is incorrect. Stop your outlandish commenting to, ridiculous.
Just contact Sergey directly. He will ship to you and that works just fine. Price is around 120 euro or so.

Re: *Resin* A list of Upcoming Ship Kit Releases
When the item in question isn't even on their website (https://www.abkmodels.cz/Coming-soon-c5_0_1.htm), it is unreasonable to expect buyers to personally reach out to the company to ask for the "correct pricing" and place an order for an item that isn't even there.Sieper wrote:Guys, the price of the AB&K kit is incorrect. If the pricing on two separate stores are wrong, then clearly there needs to be some correction on the pricing but responsibility for that falls on the manufacturer, not those of us who only get information from what we're able to see.

Re: *Resin* A list of Upcoming Ship Kit Releases
It seems importing to Japan is simply very expensive. The other way around (shipping from) is too, for me. And these are just the prices they are asking.
I think Sergey on Facebook also told the price?
The guy who was doing the website for him is now at the front. As you say, a country at war.
Imho the price is extremely reasonable for the quality you get. Their 1/350 Kiji kit is my most prized kit Simply beautiful.
