I dont know the total number of working hours but I spent 9h on the detailing of the two side doors... so, it is time consuming!

Do you know the working hours of your models, please?

Bye!
Ah the $64000 question so to speak . I guess or should I say estimate that 1500hours is about as close as I can get. Some times I'm "on a roll" and the construction of a particular part flows. Other times it's stop , start , scrap , start again. My waste box is becoming full! :eyes_spinning:

Hi, Bernd!

To tell the truth, I have seen your photos not once, not twice, but I'm just sitting with my plans on the table, looking once into drawings then on the pictures and wondering, how did You do that! The non-skidding surface, doors, the painting job...Well... Hats off to You!

Reconstruction of hull, Battleship BISMARCK, 1/100 scale

Post by 109 »

Hi,

after almost one year of work I finished the lower hull of my static display model BISMARCK. I now can add all subassemblies into the lower hull structure before closing it by inserting the main deck. After that all armor edges and so on woll be added to the upper hull. My goal is to reconstruct the hull as detailed and accurate as possible.

Its not easy to take good pictures of the smooth surface, i hope you still like it! :-)

Bye for now,

109er.
