It took Gillian (Mrs Sovereign Hobbies) 25 minutes using both members of staff at the Post Office to send all these out, plus a further 15 minutes of recording tracking numbers to email to customers.
We've had a level of patronage I'd frankly never dared dream of given our little company didn't exist until 2 years ago. We'd like to thank everyone who entrusted us with your pre-orders for your support and we very much look forward to seeing some in-progress photographs from at least some of you! :D
But I first build the Bismarck.
Still no Detail Up Set in stock SovereignHobbies?

Got mine yesterday. Excellent service from Sovereign from start to finnish! And many thanks for Pontos Models for providing the smoke stack options and of course for designing and producing a superb upgrade set for Hood. To me this looks like the best set yet!
Packaging of the items was well done. The only small problem is that the plastic cover used for the wooden deck was longer than the card board box where the kit is delivered. As the plastic is pretty thick it does not fold easily->the deck is the weakest part and it gets curved at both ends. So my advice to anyone who intends to store the kit for a while; cut the plastic cover so that it fits inside the box without need to fold it!
I have had similar issues with the etched sheets in 1/350, for example in the Yamato upgrade set.
We're going to be offering 2 No. 23009F1 HMS Hood Detail Up set for Monday dispatch tomorrow.
Mr Kim has also confirmed that I can have more large funnel fret swaps so I'll start another "pre-order" tomorrow too so that those who have been emailing asking to do so can secure one with the large funnels.
sorry that I'm picking up the rear funnel problems again. I want to know if the second funnel position is correct. If I want to preserve the base of the funnel complete (like the forward funnel) what's needed to be done? move the funnel forward or the structures behind the funnel moved backwards? because if the funnel's base was like the forward one and the position of the second funnel is correct then something is not in the right position.
