Umm I can sorta get it...When you click 'New', it'll ask for your Length, Beam, and Draft. Then it'll create a basic outline of a tugboat-shaped thing with points, so you can drag and place the points wherever you want to shape the hull.

if you understand how to use it. I didn't try for long and just gave up... but i'm sure its not very hard to use... i just didn't have much time.

Yes, it's worth downloading. At least when you want to model basic ship hulls ;)

I've been using it a while ago and stopped with it.. I came no farther than the basic stuff ;)
